  • Backgrounds. BGs are already included on price above. More complicated BGs may have additional charges and agreed upon.

  • Quality and Size. HD illustration size of Min. 4000 px on one side in 300 DPI.

  • Additional elements. Large props (like pets, detailed giant sword) may have addtnl. charges and agreed upon.

  • Rush. start at $60, applicable for any time less than expected above.

  • Delivery Method. Google drive for HD file, email/discord for WIPs check.

  • Transaction Fee. Buyer shoulders Paypal fees/additional fee for ko-fi. (starts at $2)

commission process

༻ steps (1/2)

  1. Place an Order

  2. Artist accepts commission request, you receive a confirmation reply in your e-mail, along with a contract (for both parties' protection) and breakdown of fees

  3. Paypal invoice will be sent

  4. Commission is half/full paid, the artist will send you a sketch (or not if you requested)

  5. You may request for three (3) minor revisions (during process and 'finished' piece)

  6. You are shown a preview of the final piece. You are satisfied, the rest of the fees shall be settled (if applicable).

  7. Commission is fully paid. The artist will send you a Google drive link of the full-sized piece

༻ commission rules (2/2)

  1. 50% payment required before the artist starts (to prevent fraud). Rest is before sending of final file.

  2. Reserved slots unpaid within two (2) days will be removed without prior notice.

  3. Do NOT pay immediately, please wait for the artist to accept your request with a reply (e-mail).

  4. Artist has the right to decline or turn down an order if it is too complex or if it makes them uncomfortable.

  5. Only three (3) minor revisions to the commissioned piece are allowed.

  6. Strictly NO REFUNDS. Canceled commissions (by the client) will NOT be refunded.

  7. The commissioned work is for your personal use only. You may also upload it in your social media with credit! I can also post it on mine!

  8. Minting or selling the commissioned piece for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), associating with AI is strictly prohibited.

  9. Please be patient with your commission~ I may share personal art during the production time, but that's because I post them late or I'm taking a burnout break. Artists need to recharge those work juices! ^^

༻ paypal rules

  1. The payor shall shoulder the Paypal fees (calculated through Designhill's Paypal Fee Calculator.)

  2. You will be sent a breakdown of total fees before the invoice (to know where your money is going)

  3. DO NOT send the money AS GIFT (against Paypal's terms and conditions.) I will be sending you an INVOICE through the e-mail address you entered in the order
